Abstract

The CJEU judgements in both the adwords cases and those of on-line marketplace hosts have prompted an examination of trade mark use on the internet in relation to Articles 5 and 7 of Directive 2008/95 concerning trade mark use, liability for use and jurisdiction, plus Article 14 of Directive 2000/31.
